Shipping is subject to stock availability. If an item is unavailable after order placement, we will contact you to discuss restocking, waiting, or refund options.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. The shipping fee at checkout is final.

3. Returns

3.1 Change of Mind:
Returns due to a change of mind must be requested within 3 days of delivery. Items must be in original, unused condition with packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Refunds are issued as store credit.

3.2 Damage or Faulty Items:
Damage claims must be submitted within 10 days of delivery. Customers pre-pay shipping, and eligible reimbursements are made upon successful claim verification within 7 days. Options include refund, store credit, or replacement.

4. Delivery Terms

4.1 Transit Time (Domestic): Usually 2–7 business days within India.
4.2 Dispatch Time: Orders are typically dispatched within 2 business days of confirmed payment. Our warehouse operates Monday–Friday except national holidays.

4.3 Change of Delivery Address: Can be updated anytime before dispatch.
4.4 P.O. Box Shipping: We only ship to P.O. boxes using postal services. No courier shipping to P.O. boxes.
4.5 Out-of-Stock Items: Out-of-stock items will be refunded while other in-stock items are dispatched.
4.6 Delivery Delays: Contact us if delivery exceeds the estimated time so we can investigate.

5. Tracking Notifications

Once dispatched, customers will receive tracking details to monitor shipment progress.

6. Parcels Damaged in Transit

If the parcel appears to be visibly damaged, reject it and contact our customer service. If already delivered, notify us immediately for next steps.

7. Duties & Taxes

GST is included in the displayed prices. International customers may be liable for import duties and taxes upon arrival. If duties are refused, goods will be returned at the customer’s expense and refunded minus shipping & return costs.
